Laura Morrison, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN physician and surgeon at Women's Healthcare Associates in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Morrison was born in Taiwan but grew up on a fruit and vegetable farm in Michigan. She met her husband at Swarthmore College, where she received her undergraduate degree in engineering. She then moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she received her MD and MPH, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Morrison is particularly interested in preventive women's health, adolescent gynecology, and delivering babies. She also spends some of her clinic time seeing moderate risk obstetric patients at Northwest Perinatal Center, helping them manage complications of pregnancy, such as gestational diabetes, hypertension and twins. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
She spends her time outside of work with her four children, and also enjoys running, knitting, cooking, and coaching.
